About the Session
This session brings together seasoned CFOs to share the pivotal moments that tested their leadership, judgment, and resilience. Through candid “war stories,” they’ll explore how they navigated sudden market shocks, disruptive technologies, tariff threats, supply‑chain failures, and unexpected shifts in customer behaviour—including the rise of stablecoins in global transactions.
The discussion will unpack what kept them up at night during these high‑stakes moments and how they led their organizations through uncertainty. Expect insights on balancing innovation with risk, rebuilding a company on the brink, strengthening controls across complex supply chains, and making decisions when the data is incomplete and the pressure is immense.
