Dominic Grimard has been Chief Financial Officer of Power Sustainable since 2022. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of finance at the firm and oversees corporate finance, taxation, treasury, corporate and fund accounting. Before joining Power Sustainable, Dominic was Senior Vice President, Finance at Fiera Capital, a global asset management firm, where he was responsible for all financial matters related to the public markets investment side of the firm. Prior to his time at Fiera, Dominic spent several years at KPMG in audit and advisory roles, serving clients across multiple industries, working from both the Montreal and Paris offices of KPMG. Dominic is a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Executives International, a community of senior financial executives. Dominic graduated from HEC Montreal with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. He later obtained a Graduate diploma in Accounting and he is Certified Public Accountant (CPA, CA).

As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Canopy Growth Corporation, Mr. Linton led the Company through 31 acquisitions, and over 16 rounds of financing for a total of more than $6 billion of capital raises, including a $5 billion investment by Constellation Brands. Mr. Linton recently became founding Chairman of Greenlane, a digital Asset Tresure listed on NASDAQ. Bruce served as the founding Executive Chairman of Gage Growth Corp. (CSE: GAGE); acquired by TerrAscend Corp (CSE: TER), (OTCQX: TRSSF). Initial capital and Board member until 2021 of MindMed (Definum Theraputics) DFTX on Nasdaq; Chairman of the Advisory Board for Red Light Holland Corp., (CSE: TRIP) Bruce was also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Collective Growth Corporation; a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) that went public on NASDAQ in May 2020 and completed its business combination transaction with Innoviz Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: INVZ) in March 2021. Bruce also sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Olympic Foundation and is an active member of The Ottawa Hospital Foundation, Campaign Executive Committee.
