With 15 years of experience in executive search, Jordan has partnered with organizations ranging from large public companies to mid-sized private and growth businesses, focusing on building leadership teams and helping clients secure the talent needed to drive sustainable success. Prior to executive search, he spent over a decade providing assurance, advisory and consulting services within Arthur Andersen’s financial services practice, working closely with senior executives and boards to advise on critical decisions and guide organizations through complex financial and operational landscapes.

Beyond his professional work, Jordan is deeply engaged in his community. He served on the Development Committee at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection and has been a member of the McMichael Foundation’s Board of Directors.
