About the Session
In today’s volatile environment, CFOs are navigating a complex mix of economic uncertainty, evolving regulation, geopolitical pressures, and intensifying competition—all while being asked to do more with less. At the same time, AI is rapidly reshaping what’s possible across the finance function.
This session will unpack the top concerns facing Canadian CFOs. We’ll connect the dots between economic pressure, regulation, and AI to show how finance leaders are taking control of transformation (not reacting to it). Through a dynamic panel discussion, you’ll gain practical insights into how leading organizations are executing AI-led finance transformation. Hear real-world perspectives from organizations leading AI-driven finance change, explore proven transformation frameworks, and see why finance (not IT) is the make-or-break factor in adoption.
You’ll walk away with actionable strategies on how CFOs can rethink operating models, unlock efficiencies, and position their organizations for sustainable, long-term growth.
