Prior to executive search, he spent over a decade providing assurance, advisory and consulting services within Arthur Andersen’s financial services practice, working closely with senior executives and boards to advise on critical decisions and guide organizations through complex financial and operational landscapes.

 

Beyond his professional work, Jordan is deeply engaged in his community. He served on the Development Committee at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection and has been a member of the McMichael Foundation’s Board of Directors. As a current Board Member, Past-President and Chair Strategic Relationships of FEI Canada Toronto Chapter, he continues to make a meaningful impact, advocating for the financial and executive leadership community. Roger’s career spans 35 years and has worked in the areas of finance, textile manufacturing, aerospace and technology.

Kevin Spencer is the Head of Public Services for SAP Canada where he’s helping lead Canada’s public and private sector organizations to fundamentally evolve and improve how they connect with their employees, stakeholders and communities using digital technologies. Moreso now than perhaps ever, SAP is focused on providing the most secure, private and sovereign platforms in the market to ensure that the Canadian Public Sector remains secure.

 

An SAP veteran of almost a decade, Kevin brings more than 25 years of sales experience in the tech industry. Prior to this role, he held outstanding leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer of HXM (Human Experience Management) for North America, interim Head of HXM NA, and Regional Vice President for SAP SuccessFactors for Canada. In these roles he has demonstrated the ability to execute highly efficient and effective operational processes for our businesses.

 

He is passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams with a winning culture to create more aligned and engaged teams which enhance employee and stakeholder satisfaction and drive better results for his customers.

Kevin enjoys spending his free time cooking for his family. He is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Toronto Blue Jays.
