2020 has been a year like no other and the FEI Canada team have pivoted to take the experiences of our traditional face-to-face conferences and distill them into something befitting the times. The 2021 Interchange: Leading with Resilience, over 2 days, will provide the opportunity to meet and chat with peers and be updated on the latest products in a virtual exhibit hall. Dynamic and engaging speakers and thought leaders will be sharing insights and delivering applicable and real-time education that is directly relevant to help you succeed today and, even more, future-proof your skills.
Each year, Financial Executives International Canada (FEI Canada) recognizes a member who has made significant contributions to advocating and improving FEI Canada.
The Frank S Capon Distinguished Service Award seeks to identify and reward an FEI Canada member who has had a significant impact on FEI Canada over the years. It is the highest award that FEI Canada gives to a volunteer.
Join us as we honour a distinguished, very deserving Capon Award Winner at the Tuesday, February 16 social networking event.
About the Award of Distinction:
Frank S. Capon is credited with bringing FEI to Canada. He was a member for 57 years and was the only member in this country to have been with the organization longer than any Canadian chapter has been in existence. Frank clearly understood the benefits of membership in such a prestigious organization, but acknowledged the commute to dinner meetings was tough. So, Frank recruited a number of colleagues in Montreal and applied for a local Control charter. The Montreal Chapter was chartered on December 3, 1948 with Frank serving as its first President.
