CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Substitutions may be made at any time by emailing a written request to the attention of Pat Todd at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by May 10, 2019. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 10, 2019.
Applicable taxes will be added to all registration fees. Registration fees include all meals, access to the sessions, speakers and exhibit hall as well as a ticket to the Thursday social evening and the closing luncheon.
